About Us

Birding Estonia is a small family run firm. The principal organizers are John and Ella Salenius. John is an Englishman who has been living in Estonia for more than 12 years. He has been a keen birder since he was eight years old. Ella is Estonian and has become very excited about birding in Estonia over the last 10 years. We have a good knowledge of the principle birdwatching sites in Estonia and work with local guides in each area.

We aim to help you experience the wonderful birding opportunities in Estonia as well as make your trip interesting combined with offering special accommodation and delicious food. We want you to have a fantastic holiday.
